Our popular Long Rent service is usully booked for:
• Hungarian groups travelling abroad
• incoming tour groups who wish to use only one set of headsets for a discounted rate during the whole tour
Our Long Rent service has been our top rental option for almost a decade. It has been used by tour operators from all over the world. Renting our devices for minimum 4 days even gives you a discounted rental price.
Incoming tour groups have the chance of using our Vox branded devices anywhere in Europe. No matter where the tour starts or ends we deliver the headsets everywhere inside the borders of the European Union. Local incoming agencies have now the option to offer the headset rental not only for a day or two in Vienna but for the whole length of the tour!
Due to high demand from our customers we still use devices working with normal alkaline batteries, therefore tour leaders do not need to collect and charge the devices at the end of the day. One set of battery lasts for 5-7 days. In addition we always provide spre batteries in case someone forgets to switch off the Voxes at the end of the day.
1. BOOK YOUR DEVICES
We only acccept bookings via email or through our website. We reconfirm groups within 24 hours on working days. If you do not hear from us or you have an SOS booking please call us directly on one of our numbers. In most cases we can cater even next day deliveries. May, August and September are our busiest months so make sure you book your devices in time!
Long Rent bookings travelling abroad we need the following details:
- Destination
- Number of guests
- Date of tour start and hotel address
- Last hotel address and date of the last day of the excursion.
- Tour Leader's name and phone number
- Special needs (ear hook for guests with hearing disabilities, jack-jack media cable, more guides)
- Invoicing details, including EU-VAT Nr.
