You can easily place your reservation using the form on our website, and we will confirm it as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on flexibility: in most cases, we can provide the equipment for the very next day!

Tip: During peak season (May, September, and October), our inventory books up quickly, so we highly recommend placing your requests as early as possible for these months.

Required details for tours abroad: To ensure smooth administration and logistics, please provide the following information on the booking form:

Basic details: Destination country and group size.
Logistics: The exact time and location for both the delivery of the equipment and its collection upon your return.
Contact: Name and phone number of the tour leader.
Special requirements (if any): For example, multiple tour guides, guests with hearing aids, or an audio cable for media playback.
Billing details.

Departing from outside Budapest?

We deliver anywhere by courier! Even if your bus tour does not start in the capital, our logistics remain completely seamless:

Delivery 1 day in advance: We deliver the headsets by courier to your specified regional address the day before departure (subject to a surcharge as per our General Terms and Conditions).
Hassle-free returns: Upon your return, simply pack the set back into its box, wrap it in the provided black shipping film, and hand it over to the driver. We take full responsibility for booking the return courier!

At the end of the program

Simple, fast, and hygienic returns

At the end of the tour, collecting and returning the devices takes just moments:

Quick check and handover: Simply gather the audio guides back into the transport box. You can easily verify the quantity using the enclosed packing slip. Upon your return, our colleague will be waiting at the pre-arranged location to collect the set.
Easy fault reporting: If a device malfunctions during the trip, please place it in the provided red canvas pouch. This helps us ensure that defective units are never handed out again.
Hygiene first: For sanitary reasons, please never collect the used earphones!

Delivery within Budapest

Smooth handover and returns for multi-day tours Whether it’s an early morning or a late-night departure, we tailor our logistics entirely to your group's schedule!

Bus tours: Between 06:00 and 24:00, we deliver the devices straight to the bus departure point. This allows the tour leader to distribute them comfortably on the road, well before the first stop. Upon your return, our colleague will be waiting at the pre-arranged location to collect the equipment immediately.
Air travel: While we are unable to provide airport delivery and pickup, we offer a highly convenient alternative! The day before departure, we can deliver the systems directly to the travel agency or even to the tour guide's home.

We have tailored our financial administration to be as convenient as possible! Following the successful completion of the program and your return home, we will issue an eco-friendly electronic invoice. Choose the payment method that works best for you:

Cash on-site: Conveniently settle the final balance on the spot with our colleague when returning the equipment.
Post-tour bank transfer: Pay at your convenience via bank transfer after receiving our e-invoice.
