Returning the equipment is just as easy as receiving it. We adapt entirely to your group's schedule, offering multiple options for drop-off:

• At the hotel: The group can simply leave the devices at the same reception desk where they picked them up.

• At the program location: We can conveniently collect the equipment on-site, even right at the restaurant where your guests are dining.

• At a pre-arranged time and place: Our courier will arrive precisely at the agreed-upon address in Budapest to collect the devices.

How do the devices reach you?

• Free delivery for 26+ guests: For groups of 26+1 or larger—subject to availability—we deliver the equipment to your location within the city limits of Budapest absolutely free of charge.

Delivery options (for larger groups):

• Directly to the hotel: We can drop off a personalized package at the reception the evening before the program. This allows the group leader to start right away in the morning without any waiting.

• To a downtown meeting point: We arrive at the location precisely on time, and we even personally assist the tour guide with the quick distribution of devices and getting the group started.

Important note: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery or handovers at the airport.

Flexible payment and simple administration

We have made the financial administration as convenient as possible! Following the successful completion of the program and your return home, we will issue an eco-friendly electronic invoice. Choose the payment method that best suits your needs:

• Cash on-site: Conveniently settle the final amount on the spot with our colleague when returning the equipment.

• Subsequent bank transfer: Pay at your convenience via bank transfer after receiving our e-invoice.
